Playoff are at the end of the season, please review the "Whole Season Score" for your cumulative score.  The top 8 men's teams with the highest cumulative score will advance to the playoffs at the end of the season.

Welcome to Thursday Night Curling at the Rideau Curling Club for the 2024-25 season.  Its going to be a great one, i can already tell.

We have 23 teams registered, and like always the draw times are at 7:00pm and 9:00pm respectively. If a 24th team joins, then they will start in the D Division, replacing the "Practice Ice Team" 

Basic Rules:

- Last Rock is determined at the start of the game by coin flip, or stopwatch (even/odds)

- If you are playing at 7:00pm, you play as many ends as you are able to up to a maximum of 8 ends. Whatever end you are in as of 8:30pm, you are to finish that end, and then play one more end to complete your game.

- If you are playing at 9:00pm, you will have the option to play the time rule, (whatever end you are in as of 10:30pm, and then play one more end), or the full 8 ends.  SKIPS:  Please make sure that the rule is discussed before game start, in order to prevent any confustion mid-game. 

- For New and Existing Teams in the D-division, everyone should be getting a bye (a night off, and an opportunity to come to the club for Practice Ice.  If your opponent is "Practice ice", you automatically get the win and points, and you are welcome to come to the club and throw some draws, takeouts, 2 vs 2 with your team, and then have a drink at the bar.

A & D Division byes - 11/14, 11/28, 12/12

B & C Division byes - 11/21, 12/05, 12/19
